Tasting notes

We can enjoy a suggestive cava that bright clean pink cherry with abundant fine bubbles. We found fresh aromas of strawberry that appear in the mouth persistently, where we perceive its finesse and harmony.

One way to live.

The evolution of viticulture in the Conca de Barbera has been closely linked to the historical development of the region. Two institutions, the Cistercian monks of the Santa Maria de Poblet Abbey and the warrior monks of the Templars established in Barbera, transmitted to the farmers their knowledge and experience on growing the vineyard to extract the best wines. This knowledge of the monks, transmitted from father to son, have survived until today.
